Tai Chi for Health (Novice - Beyond Beginner)

This course will expand on the beginner's course and will teach and develop the many health benefits from Tai Chi and Chi Kung exercises. Participants will further develop physical and mental relaxation, self-awareness, balance, strength, coordination, skeletal alignment and increased organ function. Improve cardio fitness through deep, even breathing for the maximum intake of oxygen. Emphasizes proper posture, breathing and fluid movement. Classes are 1.5 hours long (9 hours).

I hereby irrevocably and perpetually grant to The District Board of Trustees of Pensacola State College, Florida (the “College”), Pensacola State College Foundation, Inc. and WSRE Foundation, Inc. (collectively its “Affiliates”), the right to capture, store, use and incorporate my image, likeness, and voice, in whole or in part, in any print, analog or digital storage, display or broadcast medium, of every type and nature, presently in existence or invented in the future (collectively the “Media Property”), for purposes of advertising, publicity, artistic display, entertainment, or any other purpose whatsoever. I hereby agree that I will not bring or consent to others bringing any claim or action against the College or its Affiliates on the grounds that anything contained in the Media Property, or in the use thereof, is defamatory, reflects adversely on me, or violates any other right whatsoever, including without limitation, my rights of privacy and publicity. I hereby release the College and its Affiliates, and their respective trustees, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, costs, expenses, liabilities, and damages whatsoever that I may hereafter have against the College or its Affiliates in connection with the Media Property. This Agreement shall not obligate the College or its Affiliates to use the Media Property or to use any of the rights granted hereunder, or to prepare, produce, exhibit, distribute or exploit the Media Property. The College and its Affiliates shall have the right to assign their rights hereunder, without my consent, in whole or in part, to any person, firm or corporation.
