This course is designed to educate the public on matters related to Social Security and claiming strategies. 2023 Annual Updates to include: Claiming strategies; Spousal benefits, Divorce; Widow/widower benefits; Special needs claiming; SSDI and SSI; Windfall elimination period; Mixed income Social Security and Self-employed benefits. This course will empower those retired and soon-to-be retired participants with easy to understand strategies. Easy to follow worksheets and take home materials will be provided by the instructor. I hereby release the College and its Affiliates, and their respective trustees, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, costs, expenses, liabilities, and damages whatsoever that I may hereafter have against the College or its Affiliates in connection with the Media Property. This Agreement shall not obligate the College or its Affiliates to use the Media Property or to use any of the rights granted hereunder, or to prepare, produce, exhibit, distribute or exploit the Media Property. The College and its Affiliates shall have the right to assign their rights hereunder, without my consent, in whole or in part, to any person, firm or corporation.
