This workshop is designed to provide employees with practical ways to engage in self-care, which will in turn reduce their stress and enable them to be better in every aspect of their lives, including their college roles. This will benefit the college by providing faculty and staff who are more calm, peaceful, grounded, which will impact students and increase overall productivity as well as the overall health of the college population.Who cares for the caregiver? If you are a caregiver, you have probably asked yourself this. As caregivers, it's important for us to take good care of ourselves, but it can be so hard to do. Come and learn more about how to do it, no matter how limited your time and energy.
