Preschool Gymnastics 2 (Spring 2) - Spring 2026

In Preschool 2, boys and girls ages 4-5 will continue to learn the fundamentals of gymnastics on various apparatus. This level encourages skill mastery, enhanced coordination, flexibility, and strength, as well as reinforces behaviors (listening, memorization, demonstration, turn-taking, etc.) required of children entering or already in school. (8 hours)
Students will learn the following:
- Forward roll to stand, no hands to stand up
 - Backward roll down incline (small spot allowed)
 - Spider-walk handstand up wall and hold
 - Tuck jump and straddle jump on trampoline
 - Walk on tiptoe (releve) on beams
 - Hold support, cast and forward roll down

Spring 2026 Session 2: March 2 - May 2 (No class from March 16 - 21)
ATTIRE
- Gymnasts should be in comfortable, athletic attire. Leotards for girls are not necessary but are acceptable. A t-shirt and shorts are sufficient.
 - Hair should be neatly pulled back.
 - No jewelry (other than studs in the ear) should be worn.
 - Please avoid clothing with zippers and buttons.
 - For gymnastics classes, bare feet is preferred. Socks are OK. Tights are not recommended. Socks are recommended for trampoline classes.
 
FOOD & DRINK
- No food or drink should be in brought into the gym other than water.
 - No gum is allowed at any time.
