This presentation will demonstrate how videos can be used to enhance discussion assignment efficacy as well as provide enhanced instruction to students. Participants will be provided with considerations regarding how to create strategically aligned discussions, and then deliver video-based feedback for discussion board assignments as well as supplemental teaching lectures. This approach is an improvement on the traditional online assignment paradigm and better suited for today's digital learners.
