Dr. G is an experienced educator and researcher specializing in organizational development with a profound emphasis on education. He obtained his doctoral degree in Organizational Development, focusing on the intersection of education and technology. Dr. G's dissertation, a timely work in the field, studied the causal-comparative quantitative effects of digital curriculum on standardized math test scores for secondary schools in Arizona.

Currently, Dr. G serves as an adjunct instructor at three institutions while also serving in the role of Director of Faculty Development at Lake Sumter State College in Central Florida. In this capacity, he leverages his expertise to enhance the professional growth opportunities of faculty members, while maintaining a reciprocal learning experience from the esteemed faculty he serves.
