Foam Rolling recovery is a way to release the myofascia, to stretch and release pressure on your muscles. Foam rolling has similar benefits to recovery like stretching or massage therapy. The facilitator will also provide a periodization program that is essentially a plan where you schedule dedicated time toward foam rolling and which muscle groups or body parts to focus on; gradually increasing time or pressure each week of the program.
