During this workshop, the facilitators will:

- Define Ergonomics and workplace considerations
- Common workplace injuries
- Identify and differential between health and unhealthy body mechanics
- Identify optimum computer/desk/workstation setup to avoid strain and injury with repetitive tasks
- Discuss the benefits of daily and weekly activities for optimum physical health
- Explain the role of Physical and Occupational Therapy once injury occurs
