Ready to pick up a racket, get moving, and have a blast doing it? Welcome to Tennis4Life, a beginner-focused program designed to introduce you to the sport in a completely fun, zero-pressure environment. Whether you’ve never held a racket or haven't played since gym class, this program is the perfect, stress-free way to learn the game, meet new people, and kickstart a lifelong fitness journey. (12 hours)
**This class is intended for kids. Rackets and low-compression balls are provided.

- The 8 Basic Strokes: We will guide you step-by-step through the core mechanics of every shot you

- Rules & Court Etiquette: Learn how to keep score (and finally understand what "Love" means!), where to stand, and the unwritten rules of sportsmanship that make tennis enjoyable for everyone.
- Basic Tactics: Move beyond just hitting the ball. You’ll learn simple, clever positioning and court strategy for both singles and doubles play.
- Lifelong Fitness: Tennis is one of the best workouts for your heart, agility, and mind. Our active drills are designed to boost your fitness at your own pace, building habits that will keep you healthy for decades to come.
What to bring: Just bring yourself in comfortable athletic clothes and tennis shoes (sneakers).
