This session introduces the core principles of Pilates; breath, posture, control, and core strength, through low-impact, mat-based exercises suitable for all fitness levels.
Whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve your posture, or simply move more mindfully, this class offers a supportive, energizing space to reset and recharge during your lunch break or after work. No prior experience is needed, just bring a mat, comfortable clothes, and an open mind!
