Intro to Pilates Principles: Mindful Movement for Lifelong Wellness (16 Hours) - Fall 2025

This beginner-friendly course introduces students to the foundational principles of Pilates: Breath, concentration, control, precision, flow, and core connection. Designed to support all bodies and fitness and levels, this class will focus on proper alignment, mindful, mindful movement, and functional strength. Students will learn how Pilates can improve posture, reduce tension, and increase overall well-being. Whether you're new to exercise or looking to enhance your body awareness, this course offers a safe and supportive space to reconnect with your body and build strength from the inside-out.

Students must bring their own yoga mat, towel, and water.
