H.A.T. Class (Hips, Abdominals, and Thighs) with John

This class is a 30 minute intensive workout of the body's core muscles. We will do 5 minutes of back strength, 5 minutes of hip and thigh strength, and 15 minutes of Abs followed by a 5 minute stretch. The class is intense and designed to show improvement in strength and muscle tone that builds with each week of participation.
