If you are unsure of whether you need to take the 4-hour or 8-hour course, we recommend that you consult with your lawyer.

The 4-hour Guardianship course is for those who are guardians of their own minor-aged children's property. Everyone else must take the 8-hour course. Each person appointed by the court to be a guardian must complete instruction within 4 months of appointment. (4 hours)

NOTE: Students must bring photo ID to class. A light lunch will be provided.

Registration will close on Thursday, October 16, at 12:00am. If you registered but are unable to attend, please notify us ahead of time. Otherwise, you will not receive a refund.
