- Understanding intention, comfort, and communication in healing touch.
- Safety, boundaries, and adapting techniques for individual needs.
Part 2 - Guided Relaxation & Breathwork (15 min)
- Gentle breathwork to calm the nervous system.
- Short-guided meditation to quiet the mind and prepare the body.
- Awareness exercise to notice tension and energy flow.
Part 3 - Stretching & Mobility Techniques (20 min)
- Simple assisted and self-stretching movements to release tension in:
- Neck and shoulders; upper back and chest; hips and lower back.
- How stretching enhances circulation and prepares the body for touch.
- Partner or individual practice with instructor demonstration.
Part 4 - Simple Touch & Self-Message Techniques (35 min)
- Intro to basic strokes: effleurage, light kneading, and nerve strokes.
- Self-message techniques for:
- Neck and shoulders; scalp and temples; hands and forearms.
- How to apply online safe, comfortable pressure.
- Optional paired practice for those attending with a partner.
