Express Orientation to the LIFE Fitness Center (Milton Campus, 64 hours) - Fall 2026

Student orientation to the L.I.F.E. Fitness Center includes use of nautilus and free weights, cardiovascular training equipment, and some fitness assessments. Afterwards, students will be able to utilize the fitness center for the scheduled term.
