About:
This workshop for all staff (including managers, supervisors and directors) will cover the need for excellent service and how important a role each staff member has on making a positive or negative impact on the student. It will focus on internal service and the domino effect it has on external service. The four critical elements of the service experience will be analyzed and extra focus will be placed on the Service Delivery. Two tools: the Service Map and the Everything Speaks Checklist will be taught and practiced. The target audience for this workshop is any employee who serves students directly or who is in a customer support role.
