As part of the Mary Ekdahl Smart Endowed Teaching Chair grant, Ms. Watkins was able to study with the University of California, Davis and University College, Dublin in the Rx One Health Filed Study program. Come and learn how resilient and sustainable food systems support the health of people, animals, and the environment. Expect stories of immersive field days, cross-disciplinary teamwork, and experiential One Health learning grounded in real-world challenges.
