About:
Establishing a sense of community in a class begins on the first day of a course. When students understand that they are expected to work together and support each other, they have more rewarding and successful course experiences. This session will include the sharing of ideas and tools for peer introduction activities, peer pair activities, small group activities, and whole group activities — all of which help to foster class community.
