Operation Next provides grant-funded training, meaning no out-of-pocket cost, in either Welding or CNC Machining and is available to residents of the state of Florida, transitioning military, veterans, military spouses (Active-Duty/Veteran), & children (18 or older) of (Active-Duty/Veteran).

There are currently two options to choose from for the CNC program.

The first option is our accelerated program which consists of a mixture of online self-study and 5 – 6 weeks of in-person workshop training. While the accelerated program will provide the participants with the knowledge and skills to receive an entry-level Haas certification, the program will cover much more than just the basics to ensure that graduates of our program are immediately prepared to succeed in the workforce.

The second option is the hybrid program which is more online focused. You will have 2 months to complete the online training which will help you gain the knowledge necessary for an entry-level Haas certification. Upon completing the online training, you would then schedule a date (Friday and Saturday) to come in for a two-day intensive workshop training, where you will learn and practice using the machinery. These would be all-day classes to ensure you have the knowledge and capability to properly utilize the machinery. At the end of the second day, participants will need to be able to complete a production assignment with a passing grade to receive the Haas certification.

Upon verification of your eligibility you will be asked to confirm which program you would like to participate in.

*For Businesses* who are looking to train a group of employees or workers who qualify for the program, we do offer a custom 4 - 5 week program that we offer on the weekend to train groups of employees to get their certification or just to improve their skills.
