The CNC Machining employee training program is for businesses or organizations who are looking to train a group of employees or workers who qualify for the program, we do offer a custom 4 - 5-week program that we offer on the weekend to train groups of employees to get their Haas certification or just to improve their skills. While we do adjust our curriculum based on the training needs of the group, the training provided will stay within our current areas of focus, which are knowledge and skills relevant to the Haas certification. The program also consists of an online training that will need to be completed along with the workshop training

Operation Next Qualification Requirements

Here are the qualification requirements that the employee must meet in order to be eligible for the program. In most cases as long as the employee has a valid Florida ID, they will be eligible for the program.

Operation Next provides grant-funded training, meaning no out-of-pocket cost, in either Welding or CNC Machining and is available to residents of the state of Florida, transitioning military, veterans, military spouses (Active-Duty/Veteran), children (18 or older) of (Active-Duty/Veteran).

Operation Next Florida is currently a reoccurring program that renews each year. Registration and scheduling can be completed at any time of the year.
