Body Conditioning with Renshi Tori Oaks - Fall 2025

Body conditioning exercises target your whole body, using lots of different muscles to strengthen, shape, and tone your body. In this course, students will use a combination of several types of exercise, such as flexibility, strength, and resistance training to improve endurance, increase flexibility, and establishes a balanced, stable physique. (10 hours).
Class Format: Tai Chi Warm-up; Free Weights; Resistance Bands; Chair Stretches
BRING WITH YOU: Free weights and cushioned floor mat.
