Body Conditioning (Tai Chi ONLY) - Fall 2025

This is for those who only want to attend the first 30 minutes of class (Tai Chi). Body conditioning exercises target your whole body, using lots of different muscles to strengthen, shape, and tone your body. In this course, students will use a combination of several types of exercise, such as flexibility, strength, and resistance training to improve endurance, increase flexibility, and establishes a balanced, stable physique. (10 hours).

Class Format: Tai Chi Warm-up; Free Weights; Resistance Bands; Chair Stretches

BRING WITH YOU: Free weights and cushioned floor mat.

Day/Dates: Monday, Sept 15 to Nov 17 (10 weeks)

Time: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
