Body Conditioning with Renshi Tori Oaks (Spring 2025)

Body conditioning exercises target your whole body, using lots of different muscles to strengthen, shape, and tone your body. In this course, students will use a combination of several types of exercise, such as flexibility, strength, and resistance training to improve endurance, increase flexibility, and establishes a balanced, stable physique. (13 hours).
Class Format: Tai Chi Warm-up; Free Weights; Resistance Bands; Chair Stretches
BRING WITH YOU: Free weights and cushioned floor mat.
