Body Conditioning - Spring 2026

Body conditioning exercises target your whole body, using lots of different muscles to strengthen, shape, and tone your body. In this course, students will use a combination of several types of exercise, such as flexibility, strength, and resistance training to improve endurance, increase flexibility, and establishes a balanced, stable physique. (8 hours)

Class Format: Tai Chi Warm-up, Free Weights, Resistance Bands, Chair Stretches

Instructor: "Renshi" Tori Oaks

BRING WITH YOU: Free weights and cushioned floor mat.
