A combination of aerobic and muscle toning exercise with Cardio Kickboxing, free weights and resistance bands. A fully structured low impact workout with emphasis on safety, Core pelvic floor and abdominal conditioning, and body mechanics. Basic foundational techniques of Karate, Tai Chi, Pilates and Stretching will be applied. *Students will need to bring their own cushioned floor mat and free weights

Time: Monday 4:15pm-5:45pm

Class will run for 10 wks starting on Sep 15th and ending on Nov 17th.
