Our broker post licensing courses are designed to teach you real world information that you can use to help grow and enhance your real estate business. The required 60 credit hours are broken into 2 mini courses: Real Estate Brokerage & Real Estate Finance.

This 30-hour course covers real estate brokerage management topics geared toward real estate licensees. Topics include planning and organization of a brokerage business, operational policies and procedures, records and controls recruitment, selection and training of personnel and real estate business analysis. The course also includes the pros and cons of running a brokerage and outlook and trends in the real estate industry.
